Adeela Farooqi - Executive Producer

I’m Adeela Farooqi, a content strategist, creative operations leader, and founder of Film Resources. I help organizations solve complex communication challenges by connecting strategy, storytelling, people, and execution.

Over the past 15+ years, I’ve worked across advertising, film, branded content, and creative production in Canada and internationally. My experience spans agency campaigns, post-production leadership, audience-focused content development, and managing multidisciplinary teams through fast-moving creative work flows.

What makes my approach different is that I don’t begin with the content - I begin with the problem. Whether a brand is struggling to clarify its message, streamline creative operations, engage an audience, or bring a complex idea to life, I focus on understanding the challenge beneath the brief and building a solution that is both strategically sound and creatively compelling.

I believe the future of content lies at the intersection of human insight, creative judgment and technology. As AI transforms how content is produced, the greatest value will come from people who can ask better questions, shape stronger narratives, and orchestrate the collaboration between ideas, teams and tools.
